Privacy Policy

KDT SuperApp is Knight Division Tactical’s internal operations platform, used exclusively by KDT’s contractors and authorized personnel. It is not a consumer product and collects no data from the general public.

What we collect (from authorized personnel only)

• Account & identity — name, work contact details, role, and login credentials, used to operate your account.
• Work records — missions, dispatches, timesheets, qualifications, training, and related operational records, used to run operations.
• Location — deployed field personnel share live location while on mission status; leadership location sharing is opt-in. Used for dispatch, safety, and coordination.
• Messages & files — communications and documents sent through the platform, stored on KDT-owned infrastructure.
• Usage & audit data — actions are logged to a company audit trail for security and accountability.

What we don’t do

• No advertising, no ad tracking, no third-party analytics.
• No sale of personal data; no sharing for advertising or tracking.
• No collection from anyone who is not an authorized KDT user.

SMS / text messaging

KDT sends operational text messages (hiring updates, job offers, dispatch offers, schedule/safety notices, account notices) to personnel and applicants who provided their mobile number directly to KDT and consented to receive them. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Data is held on KDT-owned infrastructure. A small number of contracted providers process limited data to deliver features (messaging/email delivery, payment processing). Contact: ols@knightdivisiontactical.com
