Requirements
What KDT expects from all subcontracting partners
Verified Credentials
All subcontractors must hold current, verifiable credentials relevant to their capability area — certifications, licenses, and prior performance records.
Registered Business Entity
Must be a legally registered business entity (LLC, Corp, or equivalent) in good standing. Sole proprietors evaluated case-by-case.
Adequate Insurance
General liability insurance is required at minimum. Operations involving personnel, vehicles, or weapons require additional coverage. Specifics provided upon engagement.
Personnel Screening
KDT reserves the right to conduct background screening on key personnel associated with any subcontracting engagement. Personnel standards mirror those of KDT staff.
Rapid Deployment Capability
KDT operates on compressed timelines. Subcontractors should be capable of mobilizing within 72 hours for domestic tasks and 5 days for international engagements.
Standards Alignment
Subcontractors must operate to KDT's standards of professionalism, discretion, and operational security. All engagements are governed by NDA and subcontract agreement.
